An integrated approach to build a equitable and empowered society

Mission & Vision

OUR VISION

We are committed to create a strong and independent society without inequalities and discrimination where everyone enjoys equal opportunities.

OUR MISSION

To foster a democratic and equitable living environment where all vulnerable people, especially underprivileged women, and children, have access to education, health, sustainable livelihood opportunities, through skill development programs, regular health camps, vocational trainings and educational assistance.

Our Programs

Health Program

We organized 4 eye camps in different villages in the Adilabad District in collaboration with L. V. Prasad Eye Hospital, Sadhuram Eye Hospital, and Indo Us Eye Hospital. 200 patients from 9 villages took the opportunity to get their eyes tested in the eye camp, which was conducted under the guidance of a qualified eye surgeon from Hyderabad, assisted by professional ophthalmic assistants. 630 spectacles prescribed by the doctor were distributed for free to needy patients. Medicines were given to the patients for free. 198 patients were referred for surgery for management of cataracts or other eye problems. This year, we are conducting eye camps for school-going students.

Women Empowerment

We observed that a key problem in all target areas was unemployment. The primary objective of this program is to create employment opportunities for 60 disadvantaged adolescent girls in rural areas or women widowed at an early age by providing training in tailoring skills and a sewing machine. Under this program, we provide skill training to the beneficiaries for 3 months in our training center.
At the end of the training, the women are provided with a sewing machine, a certificate of completion, and a kit to start their own little business. The support provided here helps young women (who have unfortunately been widowed in their adolescence) learn basic skills in tailoring and provides them with a sewing machine to start earning on their own.
This would help them with a sustainable and self-reliant source of livelihood.

International Women's Day

We celebrated International Women's Day in our office, Medchal-Malkajgiri District. The basic purpose of designating international days is to create awareness and educate people about the issues that still plague the world. These issues need to garner the attention of the political world and require their will to change the scenario through various efforts.

Our Impact

It is the small change that makes the biggest impact.
